This project promotes equitable access to energy efficient and resilient homes. Encourage and support efforts to make the new affordable housing development at Rand Road, and any future affordable housing developments, highly efficient, resilient, and all electric. Collect data on energy use, resident experiences, and share lessons learned.

Energy bills affect cost of living but are rarely understood when homes are purchased. This project supports the development of home energy labeling programs that clarify energy costs and open up financing options for energy efficient upgrades. This project includes identifying and sharing the anticipated benefits and impacts on both the community and on governing body Operations.
